Person-centred Counselling in Eastbourne and Online
Time and space to focus on what matters to you.
Our lives are shaped by many experiences, memories and emotions. At times, things can feel overwhelming or difficult to make sense of.
Counselling offers a space to explore what’s been going on for you and begin to understand it in a way that feels clearer, calmer and more manageable.

Person-centred Counsellor
Meet Kirsty
Welcome, I am a BACP-registered, person-centred counsellor. I offer a space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard, without judgement or pressure. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, bringing a grounded, human approach to each session.
Counselling isn’t about being “fixed”. It’s about having someone alongside you. I’ll listen with care, meet you with respect and support you as you move towards the life you want to live.
You can expect me to be genuine, kind, and honest. There’s no rush and no pressure. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Person-Centred Counselling in Eastbourne
Counselling is time set aside just for you. I offer a calm, non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel understood and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.
I work in a person‑centred way, which means you set the pace and we focus on what matters most to you.
I bring empathy, honesty and a steady presence – not advice or quick fixes.

In Person &
Online Counselling
Face-to-face counselling is available from my private practice in Eastbourne, with online sessions available across the UK.
Whether you prefer meeting in person or online, I offer the same warm, confidential and supportive space to explore whatever feels important to you.
People come to counselling for many reasons
Whatever has brought you here, you'll be met with warmth, respect and the time to talk about what's important to you.
Finding Balance
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what's happening and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Healing From The Past
Past experiences can continue to affect the present in ways we don't always recognise. Together, we can make sense of those experiences and the impact they've had on your life.
Alcohol, Substance Use and Recovery
If you're questioning your relationship with alcohol or other substances, or finding your way through recovery, you'll be met with respect and without judgement.
Self-Doubt
Self-doubt can leave you questioning yourself and your decisions. Over time, you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and trust your own thoughts and feelings.
Setting Boundaries
Relationships aren't always straightforward. If saying no feels difficult, conflict leaves you drained or you often put others first, together we can make sense of those patterns.
Supporting Parents and Family
Watching someone you care about struggle can be incredibly difficult. Whether it's your child, partner, parent or another loved one, this is time that's just for you.
Questions You May Have
Sessions are £65 and last 50 minutes.
I'll reply to arrange a free 15–20 minute introductory phone call. It's an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, ask any questions and consider whether working together feels right.
Not necessarily. Many people find weekly sessions helpful, particularly at the beginning, but we can discuss what feels right for you and review this as we work together.
Yes. What you share is confidential, with a small number of legal and ethical exceptions. I'll explain these clearly before we begin working together.
