A Little More About Me
Qualifications
I hold a BSc (Hons) First Class Degree in Person-Centred Counselling and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Professional & Lived Experience
My route into counselling has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience, giving me a deep appreciation of the challenges people can face and the strength it can take to navigate them.
A Warm, Non-Judgemental Space
I offer a confidential and supportive space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you with empathy, curiosity and respect, supporting you to find your own way forward.
Working With Life's Challenges
I work with adults facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, loss, addiction and recovery, as well as those who are looking to explore their relationship with alcohol or substances.
Supporting Parents, Families & Loved Ones
Supporting someone you care about can be emotionally demanding. Whether you are a parent concerned about a child or young person, a partner affected by a loved one's alcohol or substance use, or a family member trying to make sense of a difficult situation, counselling can provide a space to focus on your own wellbeing and find support for yourself.
What Matters Most To Me As AÂ Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist
I believe meaningful change often begins when someone feels genuinely heard, accepted and understood. My aim is to provide a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe enough to explore, grow and move towards the life you want to live.
