The room provides a calm, supportive and discreet space where you can take time for yourself, talk openly and explore whatever feels important to you.
Online Counselling
Available to clients across the UK via secure video sessions.

Wherever you are in the UK, online sessions provide the same confidential and supportive space, with the flexibility to attend from a location that feels private and comfortable for you.

Location
My private practice is based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Pay and display parking is available nearby, along with local public transport links.

The counselling room is located on the first floor and accessed via stairs. If you have any questions about access, please feel free to get in touch before booking.
